🐾 How to Use Your Kelpi Bone
Chewing frequency: Offer your dog the Kelpi Bone for 15–20 minutes per session, once or twice daily. This is enough time to enjoy the dental and nutritional benefits without over-chewing. Always supervise your dog during chew sessions, especially on first use.
Monitoring wear: Check the toy regularly for signs of wear. The Kelpi Bone is designed to soften and flex with use — this is normal and part of what makes it gentle on teeth. If the toy has worn down to a small piece that could be swallowed whole, replace it with a fresh one from your bundle.
When to replace: Replace the Kelpi Bone when it has reduced to roughly a third of its original size, or if you notice any sharp edges or unusual texture changes. Because it's fully digestible and natural, there's no harm if small amounts are ingested — but for the best experience, keep it at a safe chewing size.
🌊 Care & Storage
Cleaning: Rinse the Kelpi Bone under cool or lukewarm running water after each session. Avoid hot water or soaking, as prolonged submersion may soften the material more quickly. Do not use soap, detergent, or disinfectant — the natural seaweed material doesn't need it, and harsh chemicals could affect its integrity.
If it gets wet: No need to worry — a little moisture is fine and won't harm the toy. Simply pat dry with a clean cloth or leave it to air dry in a well-ventilated spot before storing. Avoid leaving it in standing water for extended periods.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. The included or accompanying packaging works well for this. Avoid airtight containers while the toy is still damp. Unused Kelpi Bones from your bundle can be kept in their original packaging until needed.

Dogs love these natural seaweed chew bones. Customers said they're "safer than nylon," long-lasting, gentle on teeth, and eco-friendly with no plastic. Most puppies and adult dogs enjoy them for hours. However, some noted durability concerns - a few aggressive chewers finished them in 20 minutes, making them expensive. Small dogs may find the size challenging. Overall highly recommended.

Great product! My terriers love them. They last a long time, do not splinter, and despite how long they last they don’t concern me in terms of breaking a tooth. Great company to do business with. There was a post office issue with my order and they made it right for me even though I doubt they made any profit from my order. Will order again!

I wasn’t sure whether the dogs would enjoy these but they did, and kept playing and going back to them. They were long lasting (slightly flaked when left outside in the damp grass), but the dogs still were excited to find them and have another chew. Great product.
My 8 week old puppy absolutely loves these! She has it every night when she needs some chew time. I feel better knowing it’s natural so she can have it as long as she needs - usually until she falls asleep for yet another snooze ☺️ I’ve also been putting some wet kibble in the groove for her to lick off which she finds fun! Fantastic product - my 4.5 month old Golden Retriever loves it!
I have a small cockapoo who is three quarters miniature poodle and she is finding the size of the bone hard going!! She is definitely interested though and has managed a nibble round the edges. May I suggest some be made about half the size for small dogs which could be sold a little cheaper?
Our terrier loves this chew - he appears to like the taste and easy shape for him to hold. We like the fact it’s natural and no harmful chemicals or plastics plus no bad smells. Highly recommended!
This is the only chew my mini schnauzer has ever shown any interest in! It kept him happy and occupied for a good 2 hours until I took it away from him. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars is because he has already chewed one of the ends off and if he carries on at this rate it will be gone in a few days which makes it quite an expensive treat. I will definitely be buying again though and keep for occasions when we are out with him - maybe in a cafe or friends house- and I want to keep him calm and quiet. Definitely a better option than a plastic chew toy.

Great chews, our puppy absolutely loves them! Keeps him entertained for ages.
He enjoys it, but not as enthusiastic as with his other "bone type" chews which have been taken off him.

My dog loves this bone! We have been able to leave him by himself by giving him this bone, and it seems to really sooth him. It's hard to take it away when we come home, as he doesn't want to give it up! Would highly recommend.
